Acid-resistant steel

Steel resistant to acids of lower strength than sulfuric acid. Acid resistance is achieved by stabilizing austenite in normal conditions conditions, which can be achieved thanks to the high chromium-nickel content, and other additives. Acid-resistant steels are used after polishing.
